Congratulations to NHM V-Factor Team

NHM V Factor

V Factor is an exciting new volunteer initiative based at the Natural History Museum (NHM), which targets long-term collections-based projects across our specialist science departments. The current project focus is the Throughflow project and the NHM throughflow team (especially Lyndsey Douglas, Emanuela Di Martino, Nadia Santodomingo, and Lil Stevens) have done a great job organising teams of volunteers to help process field samples. V Factor aims to bring citizen science alive through giving volunteers the opportunity to work alongside scientists and immerse themselves in real research and curation. Here the first V-Factor team is recognised for their contribution (and given fancy
certificates) by NHM Director Mike Dixon.
